How does the 14-day free trial work?

New teams start with a 14-day free trial on our recommended packages (including up to $60 in free usage credits). You can experience Humfrid in your Slack workspace before any recurring charges begin.

Can I cancel or change packages anytime?

Yes. Change packages or cancel from workspace settings whenever you want. You keep access through the current billing period, and you are not charged again after cancellation.

Can we stay on our own AI policies?
